What is the difference between Personal Training and Christian Fitness Coaching?
Personal training is about helping you to succeed in your fitness goals but it’s more about the mechanics of it; setting up a program, telling you what to do, suggestions on what to eat, and periodically changing your program according to your results. I can provide this service as well.
In most cases, being overweight is an outward manifestation of a problem that’s going on inside of you. It might even be a reoccurring problem that you don’t recognize yourself; you’re stuck and don’t know you want to get out of it, but don’t know how.
Christian Fitness Coaching is about getting down to basics and discovering why you have gained the excess weight and, how to lose it.

It's about coming up with the answers to look and feel great.

It's about having a support system to share in your victory.

Someone to be accountable to, that will help keep you on the path to success.

- To be punctual and prepared for your coaching sessions.
- Ask your coach for the support, feedback or resources you need.
- Be ready to make and sustain the changes necessary as relevant to your fitness goals.

- To be open, ready and accepting of the transformation you will make in yourself.
How do these coaching sessions work?
We will set a weekly appointment to speak over the phone. Each appointment is normally 30 minutes. I am available through email for additional coaching in between sessions.
